Member Registration

1. New Member Registration

  • A.When registering a member, the number can be set as desired by the client. (As noted in the business consultation)Unless there is a special request, it is composed of a two-digit classification code and a seven-digit membership number, with the seven-digit member number increasing automatically by one from the last number assigned. It is also possible to modify and enter this at the time of registration, and if the classification code changes, it starts again from one sequentially.
  • B.The classification code can be in English as well as numbers and can be designated as a country code for each overseas branch. (Example: KR-0000001, US-0000001, CH-0000001).
  • C.When registering a member, the member number is automatically assigned the last seven digits when the classification code (country code) is entered.

2. Method of New Member Registration

  • A.Enter the member's name and press enter to register. (When registered with enter, the account holder's name is automatically inserted as the member's name).
  • B.Register by searching the name and member number of the referrer/sponsor. (leave blank if the member is at the top level).
  • C.If the referrer and sponsor are the same, press "Yes" to automatically register the sponsor. If different, click "No" then search and register the sponsor again.
  • D.After registering the referrer and sponsor, enter other member information including line selection.
  • E.Web ID and Web Password can be pre-registered in the program, allowing login to MyOffice with that ID/password.
  • F.After entering all required information, click save to complete the member registration.
  • G.On the right, you can view the list of members registered on the day through the member registration status content.

Member Information Change Inquiry

1. Member Information Change Inquiry

  • A.In the Member Information Change Inquiry menu, you can view detailed information of a member. You can review the sales history, referrer/sponsor information, backtracking information, and member information change history.
  • B.Search for the member whose information you wish to modify, and you can update the member information, excluding the member number, name, line, sponsor, and referrer. After making the changes, click save at the top left or press F1 to complete the save.
  • C.Double-clicking in the member status will take you to the "Member Information Change Inquiry" screen.
  • D.Member information change history shows the date and details of the changes, including before and after content, and the administrator ID that made the changes.
  • E.On the right, you can query basic member information, and on the left, you can query the detailed status of the member.
    1. ⅰ )In the detailed status, you can check the sales history, referrer/sponsor backtracking, referrer/sponsor downline, information change history, upper-level change history, and compensation details.

Member Management

1. Member Management

  • A.Search and verify the member information you want to modify. In "Member Information Change Inquiry," you can change the name, social security number, line changes, and process withdrawals, which were not modifiable before.
  • B.When processing a member withdrawal, set the withdrawal date and press "Withdrawal and Cancellation" to complete the withdrawal process. Once withdrawn, the position in the organization chart is occupied, and in a binary system, it occupies the space for two people.
  • C.Line changes can adjust the position on the sponsor genealogy (binary).

Referrer/Sponsor Change

  • A.Enter and search for the member information wanting referrer/sponsor changes, search for the new upper member, enter the reason for change, and press save (F1) to complete the change.

Center Batch Change

  • A.This menu allows batch changes if a specific member's center is to be changed to another center.
  • B.Through the search options, you can batch change the downline referrer/sponsor members of a specific member or change the personnel of a specific center in batch.
  • C.After searching, select all or select by member and press save (F1) to batch change the centers of the selected members.

Member Status

1. Member Status

  • A.You can search the member list using search criteria.
  • B.Without specific conditions, you can view all registered members.
  • C.When searching for a specific member, you can search by name or member number, and you can also search by membership date or center name.
  • D.After querying a member, double-clicking on that member will take you to the member modification screen where you can view detailed member information.
  • E.You can click on the left menu to check information for each item.

Member Information Change History

  • A.You can view the change history and the before and after details of members whose information has been changed.
  • B.You can search by member number or name, and if you search without entering data, all members with a history of information changes are found.
  • C.The CS user who made the change and the date of the change can also be confirmed.

Upper-Level Change Status

  • A.You can search for members whose referrer/sponsor has changed.
  • B.You can search according to search conditions, and if you search without entering data, all members with a referrer/sponsor change history are found.
  • C.You can confirm the CS user who changed the referrer/sponsor, the date of the change, and the reason for the change.

Referral Group Map Inquiry

  • A.You can check information about members and their downline referrer/sponsors.
  • B.When querying sales history all at once, you can specify the date of the sales day, set the search values, and then search to view the organizational chart of the member.
  • C.If you want to reconfigure the organizational chart based on the upper-level members found in the inquiry, double-click on the members shown in the upper-level history to structure the organizational chart based on the selected member.
  • D.Through options, you can reconfigure the visible member organizational chart. You can reconfigure the organizational chart by adjusting generations, text size, and other necessary options.
  • E.On the right, you can also check details of downline sales, payment, delivery bonuses, etc.

Tree Group Map Inquiry

  • A.Members can be viewed in a tree structure format.
  • B.You can click on the content you want to display and then query it.
  • C.After the query, clicking the "▶" in front of the member number allows you to view the downline member information.
  • D.Based on the queried member, you can see the number of people per generation and per line at a glance.
  • E.On the right, you can check member information, product details, payment details, and delivery details.

Non-Sales Member Status

1. Non-Sales Member Status

  • A.You can search for members with no sales by setting the base date and base months.
  • B.You can select multiple searched members or select all, set a withdrawal date, and then proceed with individual or batch withdrawal.
  • C.On the left, you can check the aggregated details.
